Here is the cookbook for Nordtreff 2024. It contains the menu and ideas on how to cook different warm lunches and dinners. It also has a list of kitchen utensils you should bring – adjust your amount according to how many people you cook for. The list is an example. You could, of course, bring more or other utensils.
Please keep in mind that the menu can be changed because of the availability of groceries.
The serving sizes in the recipes are for four people, so you should increase the amounts to fit the number of people you are cooking for.
